Being a nice, good person means putting others first and going to church on Sundays. While we believe that being a kind, good person is beneficial for you, manifesting and conscious creation is not reserved for only the good people. It’s not just reserved for those who are aware of their own manifestations. We are all manifesting; it’s time we do it on purpose.

Is it possible to change your brain?

Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to change, reorganize, and form new neural connections in response to experience, injury, or environmental stimuli. This lifelong process involves modifying the strength of connections between neurons, forming new synapses, and even altering brain structure and function. It is a fundamental mechanism for learning, memory, development, and recovery from brain damage. 

In other words, we can create new automatic response connections, aka react on purpose, that will change the energy of our lives.

When we intentionally create new responses to situations, people, and beliefs, we help to increase the different energy needed to manifest the things in life we want. Or align with the currents of life. When we need guidance, when don’t we need guidance? We have the ability to receive inner knowings or inspired impulses that lead us to actions that are far more productive than our plans alone. As they say, go with God/Source rather than go it alone.

When we experience moments of alignment, or synchronicities in life, remember to appreciate them. No need to share with others, it may weaken the energy, but milk it, enjoy the moment, attention to the energy creates more.

Mindfulness is a way of being in the moment, so your reactions may be in real time, versus full of past experiences that shaped your personal beliefs. This practice helps with manifesting by keeping momentum positive.

Reframing when you become aware of the thoughts that are causing you to feel fear, even in stressful situations, the thought of I will get through this, feels way better than I’m so fucked right now. It seems like this is just about positive thinking, but there is no need to think you are supposed to be overly happy or feeling joy all the time.

However, realizing that joy, love, and satisfaction, and feelings along this frequency are scientifically proven to help you bring about benefits in the body and, metaphysically, the synchronicities that enhance and build your self-confidence.

How can you change your brain and mind?

Scientific studies on habit formation and early morning activities provide data on the average time it takes to form a habit, with a median of 66 days for new behaviors to become automatic, with significant variation (18 to 254 days). 

This timetable is provided to ease the pressure of trying to change overnight. You have the choice of using willpower and motivation to change, or you can go within and use your mind to use “wormholes” if you will. We are a community of manifesters who bend time experience, enjoying the journey and attract vs planning every move.

When creating new beliefs, the morning or shortly after waking for the day is an ideal time to affirm new thoughts and perfect for creating momentum for the day. The calm, peace, or joy you feel in your chest, carry that with you and conjure the feeling throughout the day.

Keeping focus and being mindful in the moment at work can be a challenge. If possible, while working, take a small break every 20- 50 mins. Time Sticks, they are called in some cultures.

Trust in another important part of magnetizing your signal. Since all things are a manifestation, they have one thing in common: they started in thought. Even in plant and animal life, there’s a design in place that life follows. There is also gestation, where we can also play with the timing, but that is based on energy alignment.

Allowing some mystery, realizing you are co-creating, there will always be room for more than what our past experiences lead us to think is available to us. We hear everything is possible, but what we believe is possible for ourselves personally plays a bigger part in our manifestations aka everyday life.

How do you stay positive during challenging times?

“I rely on a few core strategies. First, I make sure to have some time with just me and my thoughts, or lack thereof. It’s not always easy to get up early before the house does, but on days I don’t? I feel the difference.

Second, I don’t, well I try not to resist the urge to get mad or angry even. I reframe after I spew a few f u’s. There is confidence-building that happens when you can take yourself from “F you!” To, “Something good will come out of this.”

Third, I love dance workouts or just spontaneous twerk sessions in front of the mirror. Sometimes just moving the body can get you out of a funky mood.

Just remember, WE need the contrast of dark to see the light.
