Hello and welcome to the latest edition of Manifest Beauty Newsletter, where we chat up how to keep our positive momentum, or feature people spreading light in a world full of chaos.
I have some news, I am recovering from finding out I had/have a brain aneurysm, and an emergency surgery happened about 2 weeks ago. As I am writing, Thursday will be my two-week check-up. Whoa.
I am feeling freshly inspired to allow myself the joy and special feelings I get when I speak on manifesting and co-creating with Source.
This newsletter is packed with tips and tricks to help you re-align with your Self and honor the self here in the physical so your mind and spirit are going/creating in the same direction. Recharge Your Energy
Summer weather is a double-edged sword. We love wearing sundresses, but the heat can do a number on your body. Here are some hot fun in the summer tips for keeping our energy up while enjoying these last days of the season.

Hydration is Key: Our bodies are mostly water, so staying hydrated is crucial for optimal function. Carry a reusable water bottle and sip throughout the day to keep your energy levels up. I also like the Hydration IV packets. I may drink one a week to maintain electrolyte levels.
Play near moving water: We highlight the fact that negative ions at the beach have a positive effect on our bodies in our first book, Manifest Beauty: The Beauty is your life. Before the season change, make sure you stop by your local beach with sunscreen and all the beach essentials, and have a day of relaxation and fun. I live across the street and have only had 1 real beach day. Can you believe it?!
Move Your Body: Even moderate exercise can significantly boost your energy. Aim for at least 30 minutes of movement most days of the week. Take a brisk walk outside, dance with your headphones on or let the music fill the air. Try a new fitness class, while I have to take it easy with weights, I still try to make it to Brit’s class! Here is a link to my old workout songs when I was a trainer. Super fun and gets you moving. I also added two somatic workouts for releasing resistance.
Embrace the Entangled
According to Dear ol Albert Einstein, we are living in an entangled soup. The field of magnetic potentiality. Here is a simple exercise I often use to remind myself I’m connected to all that is around me.
![]() We are all connected The point of this simple exercise is to show yourself that we are all connected. You can do this exercise with a person or wild animal. | ![]() Your thoughts are electric Go out in nature, I want you to look at something that is near you but not. Without speaking, connect with what you see. It will be best if it is an animal that is at rest and not already moving fast. Say hello or just think it. Either way, make the intention to connect with what you see or give attention to it. See how the person or animal starts looking around. Volia! Your thoughts just connected with the outside world. |
